Adairs Discounts & Promo Codes October 2026

Adairs discounts in Australia come from Linen Lovers membership, a $10 newsletter voucher, member events of up to 40% off, clearance and a 10% student discount. In October 2026, selected furniture and rugs are 40% off.

How Can You Get the Best Adairs Deals Right Now?

Join Linen Lovers in the same order. The $19.95 membership adds 20% off full price bedlinen this month, so a Koban Chocolate Quilt Cover Set drops from $59.99 to $47.99 and ships free over $50.

How to Apply Adairs Discount Codes at Checkout

Adairs codes go into the promotional code field at checkout on adairs.com.au. Linen Lovers rewards need your membership number entered at checkout first, then the reward code that arrives by email.

Member pricing applies automatically once your online account uses the same email as your Linen Lovers membership. You can add membership to the cart and receive member discounts on that first order.

Codes fail because they are single use, have minimum spends, exclude certain items or have expired. Only one reward or offer applies per order, so the $20 welcome reward and $10 newsletter voucher cannot combine.

The Adairs Linen Lovers Program

Linen Lovers costs $19.95 for a two year membership. Members get 10% off full price and 5% off sale items every day, free standard shipping over $50, 90 day returns and member offers up to 40% off.

Rewards include a $20 welcome reward on a $50 order within 48 hours of joining, a $20 birthday reward on $50 with a 45 day expiry, and a $20 anniversary reward on a $100 order.

Members who are also Qantas Frequent Flyers earn 1 Qantas Point per dollar spent online and in store. Adairs says members save over $240 a year on average.

The Adairs News Voucher

Subscribing to Adairs News sends a $10 voucher for your next purchase of $50 or more, usable online or at Adairs, Adairs Kids, Urban Home Republic and Adairs Outlet stores.

The voucher suits non members who spend just over $50, but it cannot be stacked with a Linen Lovers reward on the same order.

The Adairs Student Discount

Students can claim 10% off at Adairs by verifying through an external student discount provider linked from Student Beans. Check whether the code covers sale items before combining it with clearance prices.

For students buying a full bedding setup, Linen Lovers may still save more, since its 10% off full price comes with free shipping over $50 and 90 day returns.

What Does Adairs Sell and Is It Worth the Price?

Adairs sells bedlinen, quilts, pillows, towels, bathrobes, furniture, rugs, cushions, throws, lighting, home fragrance, Christmas decor and Adairs Kids bedding and furniture, with collections such as Vintage Washed Linen, Stonewashed Cotton and Flinders Egyptian Cotton towels.

Adairs Bedlinen and Bedding

Linen Lovers get 20% off bedlinen when checked on 18 October 2026. The Hailey Wave Mocha and Coconut Quilt Cover Set starts at $71.99 for members, down from $89.99, and Stonewashed Cotton quilt cover separates start at $31.99.

Clearance includes Washed Bamboo Linen Natural Quilt Cover Sets from $39.99, down from $69.99, and Belgian Charcoal Vintage Washed Linen Cushions at $39.99, down from $89.99.

Towel collections include Flinders Egyptian Cotton, European Turkish Cotton, Mimosa, Archie and Miller Australian Cotton, with Mimosa and Archie towel ranges on clearance from $24.99, down from $44.99.

Adairs Furniture and Rugs

The current event takes 40% off selected furniture and rugs. The Colorado Terracotta 3 Seater Sofa is $1,019.99, down from $1,699.99, and the Mabel Rosewood Chair is $719.99, down from $1,199.99.

Supersoft Washable Sari Rugs start at $167.99, down from $279.99, and Linen Lovers take a further 10% off these sale prices, bringing the sofa to $917.99.

Furniture collections include Mark Tuckey, Boucle and Marble ranges. Oversized pieces ship by courier with freight priced by postcode at checkout, and Adairs aims for room of choice delivery.

Adairs Quality Compared to Australian Competitors

Spotlight, the fabric, craft and homewares chain that opened in Malvern in 1973, offers a free VIP Club, free delivery over $120 and VIP Save bedding from $19.

Bed Bath N' Table, the Melbourne homewares chain founded in 1960 by John Dempsey, runs more than 190 stores, ships free over $150 and gives Rewards members 30 day returns.

The honest drawback is freight and returns. Non members pay $19.95 shipping under $175, quilts, pillows, toppers and protectors cannot be returned for health reasons, and oversized freight is calculated by postcode and is non refundable.

When Are the Biggest Adairs Sales Throughout the Year?

Adairs runs Linen Lovers events with 40% off full price and 20% off clearance several times a year, recently in August 2026, plus flash sales on furniture, mid season sales and ongoing clearance at up to 50% off.

Adairs Linen Lovers Member Events

Member events offering 40% off full price and 20% off clearance run several times a year, most recently in August 2026, so joining Linen Lovers before the next event gives the deepest storewide saving.

Adairs Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales

No Black Friday terms appeared on adairs.com.au when checked on 18 October 2026. Christmas homewares and gift ranges are already live, so compare current member pricing before late November.

Adairs Boxing Day and EOFY Sales

Adairs has not published Boxing Day or EOFY terms. Clearance bedlinen, bathroom, furniture and kids ranges run all year, with member pricing taking a further 10% off.

Adairs Flash Sales

The current flash sale takes up to 40% off 120 furniture and rug lines, including the River Beige Linen Bed from $1,079.99, down from $1,799.99. No end date is published, so check before ordering.

Adairs vs the Competition

Adairs competes with Spotlight and Bed Bath N' Table. Its edge is in house designed bedlinen, 60 day returns for everyone and 90 for members, Qantas Points and same day delivery for Linen Lovers from most stores.

Adairs vs Spotlight

Spotlight's free VIP Club and lower entry prices beat Adairs on cost, while Adairs offers longer returns at 60 to 90 days against Spotlight's 28 days and a stronger furniture range.

For shoppers prioritising the cheapest bedding, Spotlight delivers more. For shoppers wanting designer collections and longer returns, Adairs delivers more.

Adairs vs Bed Bath N' Table

Bed Bath N' Table ships free from $150 without a membership and gives Rewards members 30 day returns, while Adairs charges $19.95 for Linen Lovers but cuts free shipping to $50 and extends returns to 90 days.

For occasional shoppers spending over $150 without a membership, Bed Bath N' Table delivers more. For frequent buyers wanting free shipping on smaller orders, Adairs delivers more.

The Bottom Line on Shopping at Adairs

Adairs began in 1918 on Chapel Street, Prahran, and is now run by Adairs Retail Group, which also owns Mocka and Focus on Furniture. Its strength is member value; its trade off is paid membership and slow dispatch.

Online orders are dispatched in 3 to 5 business days, with Australia Post delivery taking 3 to 9 business days by state. Customer service runs on 1300 783 005.

Best Adairs Strategy for First Time Customers

Add Linen Lovers to your first cart if spending over $200, since the 10% saving and free shipping cover the $19.95 fee, then use the $20 welcome reward on your next order.

Spending under $100 once? Subscribe to Adairs News instead and use the $10 voucher on a $50 order, choosing free Click & Collect to avoid freight.

Best Adairs Strategy for Repeat Customers

Save your birthday in store for the $20 birthday reward, add your Qantas number at checkout, and hold big bedlinen orders for a member event at 40% off full price.

Renew Linen Lovers before the two year expiry to keep the $20 anniversary reward and 90 day returns.
